Our boutique property — housed in a landmark building from the roaring twenties that was once home to artists’ and writers’ studios — now features loft-style spaces that embody the creative spirit of its former residents. Once inside this historic façade, guests are immersed in the unmistakable and sophisticated style of New York’s cherished Art Deco era. Exploration reveals thoughtful, inspiring touches around every corner, from easel-inspired TV stands, to literature from past tenants (including John Steinbeck and F. Scott Fitzgerald). Though we’ve taken special care to preserve our location’s celebrated past, we’ve also infused the property with a host of forward-looking features certain to spark satisfaction.
